Though low, like all electronics, LEDs do have a failure rate. We factor in the worldwide failure rate of each luminaire, tube, or bulb in your order, multiply that x3, and stock an inventory of spares at your facility.
The safety stock eliminates the need for your maintenance department to spend time filling out warranty paperwork and going back and forth waiting for replacement lights.
During the warranty period, if the safety stock for any item falls below 50%, contact us, and we’ll replenish it at no cost.
